Please do not send full payment-card information by email.

Orders and payments

We use GoHighLevel / LeadConnector to operate this website, manage customer records, and send communications. Stripe processes payments. Payment information is handled through the payment provider’s secure fields; we receive transaction and order information needed to administer your purchase. These providers process information under their own applicable privacy notices and service terms.

How we use information

We use information to process payments and orders, arrange fulfillment, provide order confirmations and shipping or delivery updates, answer questions, handle cancellations and refunds, maintain records, and protect the website against misuse. Order-related emails are separate from optional marketing subscriptions.

Email and text preferences

If you choose to subscribe, marketing may include upcoming books and preorders, promotions, educational activities and family resources, character updates, events, and book signings. Marketing email and marketing text subscriptions are separate choices. Buying a book does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by contacting us. If you opt in to text messages, you may reply STOP to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply. Order-related texts are sent only when you have opted in to receive them. You may continue to receive necessary order and service emails even after unsubscribing from marketing emails.

Website technology, analytics, and advertising

Our hosting and payment providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser and device details, and service logs, to operate the site and checkout. Cookies or similar technologies may support essential website functions.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are planned tools for understanding traffic, purchases, and advertising performance, including retargeting. They are not being represented as active features of this launch. Before enabling optional analytics or advertising tracking, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide appropriate consent choices. Optional advertising tracking will not be treated as a condition of purchasing a book.

When information is shared

We do not share text-message opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
