The Money Mates website and book sales are operated by Money Clarity & Co. dba Money Clarity Press, 502 E Main Street, Lakeland, FL 33801. Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms or an order. These terms apply to use of this website and purchases made through it.
Purchasing a book
Purchases must be made by an adult able to enter into the transaction. Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information and promptly tell us about corrections. Please do not submit personal information about a child when ordering or contacting us.
Editions, prices, and payment
Ari Meets the Money Mates is offered in paperback for $14.99 and hardcover for $24.99, in U.S. dollars. Customers are charged at the time they place a preorder. Payment is processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final total must be displayed before you complete payment.
Preorder timing
This is a preorder item and will not ship immediately. Our current goal is to ship preorders by November 24, 2026. This is a target ship-by date, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will proactively email customers about any delay and provide an updated estimated shipping date. Text updates are available only for customers who opt in.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide the appropriate option to agree to a delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and issue the required refund. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Shipping
Standard shipping is $4.95 for 1 book, $6.95 for 2 books, and $8.95 for 3 books. Book orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses, with additional shipping charges. Contact [email protected] before ordering to confirm the charge and whether free shipping applies to your destination. All shipping charges must be disclosed before payment. Delivery timing after shipment depends on the carrier and destination.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
You may cancel a preorder before it ships by contacting [email protected]. Returns of unused books in their original condition may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. For change-of-mind returns, only the returned book’s purchase price is refundable; original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved returns go to Money Clarity Press, 502 E Main Street, Lakeland, FL 33801, after contacting us for authorization. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover shipping for returns caused by our error or a damaged or defective book.
For damaged, incorrect, or missing orders, we offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund. Please report damaged or incorrect books within 7 days of delivery, preferably with photos. Missing shipments will be investigated with the carrier. See our Refund & Preorder Policy for details. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Communications and privacy
We use your contact information to administer your order and send service updates. Optional marketing email and text subscriptions are separate choices and can be withdrawn. See our Privacy Policy for information about customer data and communication preferences.
Educational content and intellectual property
The books and website provide general educational information, not individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Money Mates artwork, characters, stories, and website materials belong to their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or distribute them commercially without permission, except as allowed by law. Purchasing a book does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
Website use and changes
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. We may correct material errors and will contact affected customers about any necessary order correction. Updated terms apply prospectively; changes do not remove rights already attached to an accepted order.
